Originally briefed as a TV/DM sampling campaign, we recommended a richer conversation. This experiential promotion gave over a million coffee lovers the opportunity to sample Café Menu in major pedestrian traffic areas, to shout free coffee for friends online, and to score multi-serve kits for their workplace. This promotion is a major contributor to Café Menu’s 97% sales growth the two years subsequent.
