When we discovered Mortgage Choice had its conversations out of sequence, we initiated a re-positioning. Ditching the previous conversation-starters of ‘trust’ and ‘transparency’, we exploited the human truth that people are heartily sick of hard-to-compare, complex, weaselly home loans. The relaunch changed everything except the logo, key colour and beagle.
