Speculative brand and NPD pitch. There appeared to be an opening in the market so we took our thoughts to Blackmores. Why do companies that have no credentials in vitamins get to sell vitamin enhanced products yet vitamin producers only produce supplements. Here was a presentation that encourage Blackmores to take on a new positioning in the market place and be the ‘powered by Google’ of the nations nutrition. The launch product could have simply been the perfect daily serve of water complete with twist and drop capsules.

The new manifesto would have read:

Despite all our fresh produce the state of the nation’s health is in crisis. We don’t eat 2 and 5 like we should, we don’t cook or prepare food properly and we’ve become the fattest nation on the planet. It’s time for someone to step up and start educating the nation about the specifics of eating healthily.  We advocate the perfect diet, we stand for nutritional balance, and we’ll go the extra mile to bring you all the facts, insights, opinions and information we can possibly get our hands on to help you make the right decisions. If we believe in fresh fruit, veggies and eating well – why do we make tablets? Because it’s hard to eat perfectly. Knowledge, time, temptation, lifestyle choices and expense are all road blocks to getting what we need.

So, when you can’t get everything you’re searching for in your diet or aren’t sure what your body needs as you age or experience certain conditions – we’ll be there help out with 100% natural supplements.
